All written communications about me are copied to me. I get a little weary of the inaccuracies they contain, particularly records of consultation meetings. I am looking on Amazon for a voice recorder suitable for meetings.
I would be very grateful to hear from anyone who records their meeting and/or what they use.

Yesterday, i checked with my hospital. They have absolutely no problem with patients bringing a voice recorder to consultations.
They suggest it would be polite to inform consultants etc. beforehand.
