Hello,
I haven't got experience of papillary cancer but as you haven't yet received an answer from this list, I wonder whether you have considered looking at the USA based kidney-onc list. Although USA based it has members from around the world, including people from this forum, and one of its greatest strengths is the number of members so there is a wealth of personal experience. The archives are also searchable so you could tap in papillary and I know that you would get a lot of hits as over the years I have seen a number of postings mentioning this. The list is free but you do have to register before you can post or search the archives. If you join I would recommend that you register for "Nomail" or digest as otherwise your email inbox will be flooded. I am "nomail" but regularly look at the postings so can choose the time I want to be reminded of kidney cancer.

Wishing you all the very best.
Love
Lynne
