About the forum
All the same great information and support, just a new look.
The Kidney Cancer UK Forum provides an excellent opportunity for patients, carers, family members and those with an interest in the disease, to easily share information and news with others.
The Forum has been in existence since March 2000 and it currently has over 4500 items of information relating to almost 1000 different subjects (threads) and currently there are over 500 registered Forum users. This clearly indicates the need for a facility such as ours and we are pleased that the Forum has grown in popularity over the years with increasing success and benefit to Forum members.
Examples of information shared include diagnosis, treatment issues, dealing with side effects of drugs, clinical trials, campaign activities and appeals against PCT’s refusals of treatment.
Use of the Forum is not restricted to members and everyone is welcome to make use of the information provided and subject to registration, can make their own contribution.
